Deposits and Cancellations
Summer reservations are by the week only.  Summer reservations start mid June and continues to mid August, call for exact dates. A deposit of $200 by February 1st is required to confirm a week long summer reservation. Deposits are refundable, minus a $30 office fee, if cancellation is prior to April 1st.  The balance of the cabin is to be paid in full by April 1st. If there is a change in your balance, we will adjust it at the time of check in. If there is a cancellation after April 1st, your deposit and balance will be refunded, minus the $30 office fee, if we are able to rebook the cabin or move your reservation to another week within that same year.

For shorter stays, a one night deposit will confirm the reservation, and the balance due at check-in. If there is a cancellation 30 days prior to the reservation, your deposit will be refunded, minus the $30 office fee.  If the cancellation is less than 30 days of the reservation, your deposit will be refunded, minus the $30 office fee, if we are able to rebook the cabin.  

For weddings, family reunions, large groups, holiday weekends:   When multiple cabins are reserved for the same group, the balance on the cabins is due April 1st.

Due to the high demand for cabins for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, the balance on the cabin is due by April 1st.

One Night Rate:  $150 for 1 to 2 people for any cabin, plus $20 per extra person, plus taxes.

No refunds or credits for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather.
