Summer reservations are by the week only. Summer reservations start mid June and continues to mid August, call for exact dates. A deposit of $200 by February 1st, or earlier, is required to confirm a week long summer reservation. Cancellations after February 1st, deposits are refundable, minus the $30 office fee, if we are able to rebook the cabin. The balance of the cabin is to be paid in full by April 1st. If there is a change in your balance, we will adjust it at the time of check in. If there is a cancellation after April 1st, your deposit and balance will be refunded, minus the $30 office fee, if we are able to rebook the cabin or move your reservation to another week within that same year.
For shorter stays, a one night deposit will confirm the reservation, and the balance is due at check-in. If there is a cancellation 30 days prior to the reservation, your deposit will be refunded, minus the $30 office fee. If the cancellation is less than 30 days of the reservation, your deposit will be refunded, minus the $30 office fee, if we are able to rebook the cabin.
Bonanza King is a dog friendly resort.
When multiple cabins, three or more, are reserved for the same group, the deposit is required at the time of reservation request and the balance is due at check in. We require a credit card on file.
Due to the high demand for cabins for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, the reservation is a three night minimum and the deposit is required at the time of the reservation request and the balance on the cabin is due at check in with the requirement of a credit card on file.
No refunds or credits for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather, including rain, snow, forest fire smoke, etc.
Bonanza King Resort is a non smoking resort property, including Vaping, E-Cigarettes, Cannabis, etc. We ask that all guests are respectful of our policy and discuss any medical issues with us that require the use of Cannabis.
A non-refundable deposit of half the total event fee is due upon booking of the event. This deposit is applies to the overall balance. A security deposit of $1,000 is due the day of the event booking. The security deposit is fully refundable if all buildings and the property grounds are left as they were before the event, to the satisfaction of Bonanza King Resort. An active credit card is required to be on file if there are any other charges that exceed the $1,000 deposit. Final payment of the event is due 14 days before the event.
Bridal party is allowed access to property at 3:00pm Friday, unless arrangements have been made for an early check in. Bridal party will have to all the cabins and grounds areas, excluding the owners lawn from 3:00pm Friday to 10:00am Sunday.
Services provided by Bonanza King Resort include access to cabins, wedding lawn, outdoor event areas, not including owners lawn, guest bathroom, parking in back of resort, and creek area. A parking attended will be provided. Use of the property for engagement phots, scheduled time must be set with Bonanza King Resort. Bonanza King Resort Event Manager. Manager will oversee the event, its safety and cleanliness as well as enforce policies.
A one-day insurance policy for $1,000,000 for the day of the wedding is required.
$500.00 vomit cleaning fee will be charged per occurrence if Bonanza King Resort visually sees or cleans any vomit.
A non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 is required upon booking of the event. The deposit will be applied to the overall balance of the contract. Security deposit of $1,000 is due the day of the event booking. The security deposit is fully refundable if all buildings and the property grounds are left as they were before the event, to the satisfaction of Bonanza King Resort. Final payment is due seven days prior to the event.
