POLICY: Deposits and Cancellations
Summer reservations start after Memorial Day and continues to Labor Day, call for exact dates. We have five cabins with a minimum one week stay and we have two cabins that are a three night minimum. A deposit of $200 by February 1st is required to confirm a week long summer reservation. Deposits are refundable, minus a $30 office fee, if cancellation is prior to April 1st.
The balance of the cabin is to be paid in full by April 1st. If there is a change in your balance, we will adjust it at the time of check in. If there is a cancellation after April 1st, you will be refunded, minus the $30 office fee, if we are able to rebook the cabin or move your reservation to another week within that same year.
For shorter stays in the off season, a one night deposit will confirm the reservation, and the balance due at check-in. For a one night stay, the entire amount will be charged at the time of the reservation.
No refunds or credits for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather.
