POLICY: Deposits and Cancellations
Summer reservations are for week stays only.
Summer reservations start after Memorial Day and continues to Labor Day, call for exact dates. A deposit of $200 by February 1st is required to confirm a summer reservation. Deposits are refundable, minus a $30 office fee, if cancellation is prior to April 1st.
The balance of the cabin is to be paid in full by April 1st. If there is a change in your balance, we will adjust it at the time of check in. If there is a cancellation after April 1st, you will be refunded, minus the $30 office fee, if we are able to rebook the cabin or move your reservation to another week within that same year. For holiday reservations, Memorial Weekend and Thanksgiving Weekend, we require a one night deposit and the balance of the cabin to be paid in full 30 days before the reservation.
For off season stays, a one night deposit will confirm the reservation.
No refunds or credits for late arrivals or early departures.
